I am an Emmy Award-Winning 3D Artist and Production Supervisor at Gladius Studios in San Juan, Puerto Rico, leading and optimizing entire production pipelines for high-end animation and VFX projects. With nearly two decades of experience as a 3D Generalist since 2004, I have been directing full-scale production workflows at Gladius Studios since 2015, contributing to a variety of award-winning and innovative projects.
My expertise spans across 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and real-time production, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop, Arnold, Redshift, Unreal Engine, Blackmagic Fusion, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
Beyond my work in production, I am also a digital and traditional illustrator, passionate about comics, concept art, and storytelling. I continuously explore new creative frontiers, blending artistry and technical expertise to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
All the aspects of the production are directed within this position. I design all the pipeline flowchart of every workflow that is worked at Gladius Studios. Also, I manage the studio's pipeline software and create the schemas, task templates, and all that involves task management and deadlines.
I am the production supervisor at Gladius Studios. I make sure that everything in the production is done accordingly to style, quality, and meets the clients and the studio needs. I also make the necessary research for the artist to make their art efficiently to meet their deadlines without loosing quality. The departments I supervise are: Pre Production, Modeling, Textures, Lighting, Rendering, VFX, Post Production.
I was put in charge of all the technology at Gladius Studios, from building workstation, repair, networking, render farms, managing licenses, and other aspects.
I was hired as a 3D Generalist and a graphic designer.
