Warrior Bust Project

This is a Warrior Bust mini project I made to keep my self active creatively working on skills I love. At the studio I work, most of the time I am directing the pipeline production and have little time to make actual artwork. This particular project started when the Island (Puerto Rico) was going through many constant power surges and outages and to protect my equipment I had only my iPad to work on after hurricane Fiona. I challenged myself on how far I can take this sculpt using Maxon's Forger and then when I had the chance and the electricity allowed to, transfer it to Maya and apply the production pipeline.

This project theme is completely out of my comfort zone since I am a nerdy geeky science fiction freak. But it was a super fun challenge that kept me active and happy while producing.

Sculpt was made in Forger, Model, Hair, and Rig in Maya, Textures in Substance Painter, Rendered in Redshift, composited in Fusion, and color graded in DaVinci Resolve.

UPDATE:
I transferred my character to Unreal Engine 5.1 and it was a success!!! Doing some test renders and soon will add more :)
