Dr. PrEP – Animated Campaign for Health Pro Med

This project, created at Gladius Studios for our client Health Pro Med, involved conceptualizing a Puerto Rican doctor and bringing him to life as a cartoon character representing the PrEP pill—an essential medication used to prevent HIV transmission before exposure.

I led this project in the areas of Production and Technical Art, working alongside Director Yamil Medina, Technical Animation Supervisor Joel Miranda, Director of Cinematography Dickie Cruz and the amazing production team of modelers, texturers, animators of the studio. The campaign consisted of five 1-minute episodes aimed at promoting HIV prevention awareness.

Beyond my leadership in production and technical art, I was responsible for all technical artist work, including project setup, materials, level design, and creating everything needed by the modelers, texture artists, animators, and lighters to bring this project to life.

This project was fully developed using my custom Unreal Engine animation pipeline, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process.
